Branch Lead - Trench Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values We care about our People and it shows! Hiring Immediately; Pay starting at Starting between $35-$40/hr. dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY! Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday on average 8-10 hour days with occasional weekends Sunstate's Advantages

- Previous Supervisor or lead experience 5 years minimum preferred
- Experience in Trench shoring and excavation preferred
- Previous construction equipment rental experience
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be proficient with computers to include Microsoft office quite
- Experience with AS400
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Knowledge in OSHA and DOT guidelines
- Valid Class C driver's license
What you will enjoy doing
- Overseeing all daily activities and pickups for the branch
- Collaborating with Inside Sales and Dispatching to ensure on time deliveries and quality customer service
- Help to organize, oversee and assist yard staff with daily activities to include building trench boxes and loading equipment for delivery
- Provide high quality customer service
- Maintain communication between sales, yard an office on timing for order production and item availability
- Maintain inventory levels
- Build strong relationships with vendors and assist with ordering
