The Onsite Equipment and Customer Support position has the primary objective to assist drivers with safely loading and unloading equipment at the customer jobsite. The position consists of directing and assisting drivers and or other personnel with various labor-based tasks, assisting with planning and providing onsite support.

- Previous experience with construction equipment is a plus, not a requirement.
- Be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail required
- Technologically capable: Microsoft Suite knowledge and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), AS 400 highly preferred!
- Obtain and maintain valid unrestricted Driver's License, meet minimum age requirement of 21, to drive company vehicle
- Full range of motion is a requirement. You'll be climbing in and out of equipment a lot.
- Are you bi-lingual? That's a plus!

- Maintain a safe working environment where personal safety and safe-working conditions are of primary importance
- Be familiar and comply with OSHA regulation and ANSI standards related to fork and arial safety training
- Know and obey all safety rules, regulations, signs, warning decals, and placards
- Maintain constant communicate with others accessing jobsite to eliminate potential hazards
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with jobsite requirements
- Report potentially unsafe conditions to management or designee
- Direct drivers, field service technicians and other personnel within customer jobsite
- Comply with various forklifts and ariel work platforms within the rental fleet, applicable to operator's safety manuals
- Assist with loading and unloading heavy equipment and tools
- Hook up trailers and other towables ensuring loads and trailer are secured
- Prepare and stage equipment for delivery and pick-up
- Instruct customers in the proper and safe use of equipment and demonstrate operation
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Review rental contracts to ensure the right equipment is received
- Fill out customer equipment pick up and return receipts
- Notify Branch Manager and/or Outside Sales of damaged equipment
- May deliver and pick up branch supplies as needed
- May deliver or pick-up equipment to or from job sites as needed, this may include exchanges of equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the on-site yard, equipment staging area, and personal work area
- Check service and make minor repairs to some small equipment
