• Highly organized and able to switch tasks seamlessly and at any moment's notice
• Experience with CRM systems and Dial-Pad is preferred, but not required
• Be able to efficiently collaborate with other departments about new and assigned accounts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is going to be helpful!
• Be a strong communicator with both spoken and written English. Bi-lingual? That's a plus!
