Position Requirements Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.

• Position is located in Phoenix, AZ at the Service Center (if outside Phoenix, must be willing to re-locate)
• 5+ years of instructional development related experience
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, ADDIE, or related disciplines preferred but not required
• Strong working knowledge of instructional design, learning methodologies, evaluation, and adult learning principles (e.g.  ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.)
• Competency in design software tools (Camtasia, Adobe Design Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
• Experience with other software, authoring tools and LMS systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office 365, Articulate, Blender, Vyond, etc.
• Basic photography and video skills and ability to operate a variety of cameras, microphones, etc.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with leaders across the company to develop learning content.
• Must have strong organizational, project management, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Possess excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills (in English)
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in Spanish preferred, but not required
