Our Small Business Account Managers utilize their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the need of our customers in the ever-changing world of Wireless.

Our employees support their local communities through the TCC Gives Program. IN support of this initiative, TCC gives 16 paid volunteer hours/year, the opportunity to submit grant request up to $10,000/quarter and the opportunity to get involved in company support quarterly initiative including: Back Pack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Veteran Rock and Pet Adoption Rocks.

As a Small Business Account Manager at TCC you will be a part of a growing culture that focuses on finding value-based solutions for our small business customers. You will also be responsible for building a sales funnel through prospecting, networking, leads, and referrals. This position requires a self-starter who can drive results.  

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Driving small business account growth within the Region through prospecting new Small Business Accounts
  • Connect and build relationships with small business accounts to maintain retention and growth
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner 
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas set by the business 
  • Build relationships within retail locations to effectively educate, coach and train employees on all aspects of business accounts 
  • Utilize systems to effectively manage and track small business accounts 
  • Provide weekly reporting to leadership on market and store account generation
  • Build relationships with Verizon Business Account Managers, conduct meetings as needed and determine small business opportunities 
  • Effectively communicate with Verizon Business Account Manager to determine outbound call opportunities
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with Small Business Accounts throughout the Region and within the Retail Locations

 

Qualifications  

  • At least a high school diploma
  • Two or more years of relative experience, wireless business sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time hours (averages 45 hours/week)  
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends  
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time with reliable transportation and potential overnights  
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
