**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Assisted Living Celebration Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing events that create memorable experiences, whether it's for corporate events, social gatherings, or milestone celebrations. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure every celebration is seamlessly executed and exceeds expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist with Event Planning & Coordination of Activities:**
- Help to plan, organize, and oversee a variety of events, including corporate functions, employee appreciation events, holiday celebrations, and milestone parties.
- Assist with the develop of event themes, budgets, and timelines; manage logistics including venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, and decor.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.

- **Collaboration & Communication:**
- Act as the assist contact for all stakeholders, including employees, management, and vendors, providing clear communication throughout the planning process.- 

**Budget Management:**

- Prepare and assist with managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards for events.
- Track expenses and provide post-event financial summaries to assess the return on investment for celebrations.

- **On-Site Management:**
- Oversee all on-site activities during events, ensuring everything runs according to plan and addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that the event space is prepared and decorated according to the established theme and expectations.

- **Post-Event Evaluation:**
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive post-event reports to measure achievement against goals and propose enhancements for future celebrations.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative event design and execution.
- Proficient in using event management software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
