Overview
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Network Engineer-Solution Design to support the DISA CP program at Whitehall, OH
Responsibilities
• Enter and update configuration and administrative changes in the configuration management database.
• Identify and allocate building components, modules, ports, virtual interfaces and/or cross connections.
• Maintain non-conforming circuit lists for those circuits that do not have a viable technical solution available.
• Support DISA projects using existing and/or future Government configuration management databases to develop and maintain comprehensive lists of circuits, known as Master Circuit Lists (MCLs), and trunks that are impacted by the project.
• Develop Method of Precedence or Procedure (MOP) to detail how circuits are transitioned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline with 4 years of overall related experience. 4+ years of additional related years' experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship is required.
• Able to obtain DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, CISSP or equivalent) prior to start date.
