Your Role:

Join our dynamic production team as an Architectural Designer, where your creativity and technical expertise will be pivotal in shaping inspiring spaces. In this role, you will be at the heart of the design process transforming innovative ideas into detailed construction documents that meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and constructability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Craft detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, comprehensive construction documents using advanced BIM software (Revit), ensuring precision and clarity at every stage.
• Collaborate seamlessly with architects, engineers, and project managers to faithfully translate design vision into executable production documents that exceed client expectations.
• Support project teams by preparing compelling presentations, high-quality renderings, and visual materials that effectively communicate design intent and enhance client engagement.
• Conduct thorough reviews and coordination of drawings to proactively identify and resolve design and technical challenges, ensuring full compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
• Actively participate in project meetings, contributing innovative ideas to optimize workflows, enhance quality control, and drive continuous improvement across all phases of design production.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising detail or quality.
• Stay at the forefront of architectural innovation by continuously researching emerging trends, sustainable
materials, and cutting-edge technologies to elevate project outcomes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Master's of Architecture from an NAAB accredited program preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design production within a professional, fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building codes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Thrives under pressure in deadline driven setting, maintaining quality and precision.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for project needs.

This role can be performed from a wide range of locations throughout the US.  The pay range for this position is between $60,000-$75,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on primary work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal parity.
