In this Commercial Analyst role at Tetra Tech Coffey, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial insights to key stakeholders to support our growth.
This role will work closely with the FP&A team, the regional management team, and broader operational teams, making a difference to the business by monitoring and managing the financial performance of the region.
You'll be responsible for:
Providing financial and commercial support by partnering with key stakeholders.
Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly forecasting, analysis, reporting and commentary.
Tracking of KPI's and producing management reports to identify risks and opportunities.
Coordination of the annual budgeting process including regional presentation packs.
Providing commercial support for business cases, tenders, and projects.
Supporting project managers and administrators with training, understanding ‘the numbers' and driving best practices.
About you
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and commercially astute professional who is looking to make a difference within a professional services environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
3-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis within commercial environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data from multiple sources.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to coherently explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently to solve challenges.
A practical understanding of project management techniques.
Technological savviness, with the ability to navigate new digital software
