Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented construction manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintain high quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage teams, liaise with stakeholders, and address challenges efficiently.
Your Role:
- Oversight of contractors on site performing work.
- Maintain schedule that has been developed with work being performed.
- Track and report daily progress, next days projected work.
- Complete daily report with pictures and submit.
- Communicate any issues, concerns and potential delays or costs overruns.
- Attend meetings as required to provide status of progress.
- Review RFIs and change orders for accuracy and necessity.
- Maintain good relationship with the client and contractors to ensure a smooth-running project.
- Lead the safety of the project and site.
- Ensure quality of work and integrity is maintained at the highest level.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 5-10 years of experience with construction oversight.
- OSHA 30 is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and very organized.
- Attentive to client needs.
- Safety, quality and integrity focused.
- Knowledge of general construction practices.
- A Pre-employment drug screen in compliance with state regulations is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
