Ardaman has the following position available:
Executive Assistant
Position available in our south Orlando office next to a SunRail Station. Assists the president and administrative staff as well as the engineering staff with a variety of administrative and support tasks, including preparing memos, emails, letters, reports, proposals, invoices, and applications as requested; copying, collating and binding reports; filing; entering data; arranging meetings, travel plans, and itineraries; answering phones; handling incoming/outgoing mail; and performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks. Previous experience working in the engineering, architectural, or construction industry is preferred.
Qualifications:
• Five (5) years of administrative experience
• Able to type 50+ wpm proficiently and accurately
• Able to prepare technical reports and proposals that contain numbers, mathematical equations, tables, and figures with correct punctuation, grammar, and format
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365®, with proficiency in Word®, Excel®, Outlook®, and Teams®
• Must be proficient with formatting documents in Word® using custom headers and footers, tables, columns, bulleted lists, inserting images and graphics, etc.
• Must be proficient in Excel® with creating and updating spreadsheets
• Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
• Must be able to work independently without supervision
• Must be willing and able to learn and use daily, customized reporting software
• Must be very organized
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must work well with others and have good communications skills
