The Position
NDY's Sydney Office is looking for a talented Project Support Coordinator to join our Sydney team! This position will support our team by providing essential administrative assistance and assisting with coordinating project-related activities.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
- Perform general office administration tasks including managing office supplies, placing orders, and ensuring proper upkeep of the office facilities
- Assist with creating and formatting of project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes
- Engage and follow up with internal team members to ensure timely issuance of deliverables
- Provide support for meetings and events
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support project goals
We anticipate that this role will initially involve a requirement to work full-time in office, with flexibility to be discussed following a 3-month settling in period.
Who we're looking for:
- 2+ years of relevant experience: At least two years in project administration or a similar role supporting multiple stakeholders. Experience in construction or engineering is preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office skills: Proficiency in Word and Outlook is essential; Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus.
- Self-motivation and proactivity: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute positively without constant supervision.
- Organization and time management: Efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure smooth project flow.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: Strong ability to communicate, collaborate with team members, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Cooperative attitude and readiness to contribute to team efforts, essential for project success.
- Australian Citizenship: Due to the nature of the work you support, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen.
