About the Role

NDY is seeking a motivated and technically capable Sustainability Consultant (Level 2) to join our Sydney Sustainability team. You'll work closely with senior consultants and project leaders to deliver sustainability outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role offers the opportunity to grow your consulting skills, contribute to meaningful work, and collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability services across building and infrastructure projects, including design, construction, and operational phases.
• Contribute to sustainability assessments, certifications (e.g. Green Star, WELL, NABERS), and strategy development.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, client presentations, and project documentation.
• Engage with clients and project teams to ensure sustainability goals are understood and achieved.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in sustainability consulting, engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Australian sustainability frameworks such as Green Star, NABERS, WELL, or ISCA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for sustainability.
• Experience with tools such as LCA software, daylight modelling, or energy simulation is a plus.
• A tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
