As an Electrical Engineer at Glumac, your daily responsibilities will center around driving success within science and technology-focused projects. You'll collaborate closely with our electrical discipline team, providing expert technical knowledge for a diverse range of projects, including healthcare facilities, research institutions, and commercial buildings. In addition to contributing to the development and implementation of Glumac's innovative technical standards within our local office, you'll support Project Managers in overseeing project budgets, schedules, and team coordination to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will also involve participating in MEP systems reviews, interfacing with code officials and contractors, and engaging with architects and clients to establish yourself as a trusted team member. Alongside these responsibilities, you'll embrace opportunities to offer valuable feedback on technical standards, track training opportunities, and promote skill enhancement for both yourself and your colleagues.

Your Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our electrical discipline to provide valuable technical expertise and ensure project success across healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial buildings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Glumac's technical standards within our local office, embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support Project Managers in overseeing project budgets, schedules, and team coordination, fostering a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the review of MEP systems, interface with code officials and contractors, and engage with architects and clients to establish yourself as a trusted team member.
  • Embrace opportunities to offer feedback on technical standards, track training opportunities, and promote skill enhancement for yourself and your colleagues.

 

Your Impressive Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in infrastructure and/or building systems.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering PE license (preferred).
  • Knowledge of OHSPD (HCAI) (preferred).
  • Experience in sustainable design, demonstrating your commitment to eco-friendly solutions.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, showcasing your mastery of industry-leading design tools.
  • LEED AP BD+C accreditation and WELL certification, highlighting your dedication to sustainability (preferred).

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000

This base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Remember that the listed range is just one component of Glumac's comprehensive compensation package for employees.
