Tetra Tech is adding a Senior Program Analyst to our DOE/NNSA team based in Germantown, MD. This position is contingent upon successful awarding of contract.

Responsibilities:
• Support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the Office of Nuclear Verification (ONV)
• Evaluate and assess multilateral technical verification methods for nuclear weapons
• Assist with engagements involving the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, and the International Partnership for Nuclear Disarmament Verification (IPNDV) with over 25 partner countries
• Attend secretariat meetings, review documents for publication, plan tabletop and field exercises, and support international workshops
• Execute strategic reviews of the Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation (DNN) Office's program of civil society engagement
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline, knowledge and awareness.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in international arms control and nonproliferation or a related field.
• 6 years of experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 50%.
• DOE/NNSA Q clearance
• Knowledgeable with international nuclear arms control regime approaches and technologies needed to preserve strategic stability

Language & Communication Skills:
Must be fluent in English language. Another foreign language fluency is preferred. Strong communication skills for preparation of briefing materials, talking points, presentations, remarks, and policy papers for senior leadership meetings with international counterparts and for major international conferences focused on areas of cooperation in nuclear verification and arms control.
Other Skills: Instructions: Candidate must have the ability to work well in a professional and team-oriented environment, as well as independently. Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent leadership skills, and be client focused. Must possess basic computer skills; the computer skills must include proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
