Description
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior Program Analyst for the development, implementation, analysis, and evaluation of project management for established and sustainment Navigation and Lighting programs.
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage and control specific categories of nationally furnished projects, including the management of funding of projects, and provide Program Analyst support for the Implementation of ground-based Navigation Aids and Lighting Systems into the National Airspace System (NAS)
- Provide technical analyst support to the Implementation Team and shall support analysis of cost assessment, budget formulation, resource allocation, and schedule planning for the implementation of projects into the NAS
- Implement systems within the NAS in accordance with current FAA Orders, Standards, and Processes
- Track the status of projects implemented in the NAS and provide reports and metrics on their progress
- Performs a variety of program analyst functions/duties to include but not limited to the following:
- Program planning
- Preparation and analysis of program related data
- Review of program status
- Preparation of reports
- Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings
- Preparation of materials for program briefings and presentations
- Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and Regional office personnel, FAA SMO and facility personnel
- Provide occasional general logistics support
- Performs most task assignments independently except for those complex or complicated task assignments requiring guidance from more experienced senior Program Analysts
- May also guide less experienced Program Analysts
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively in writing and orally
- Knowledge of FAA's Acquisition Management System and have expertise and experience in using Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint
Salary: up to $125,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
