We're looking for a Team Leader to support and empower our Brisbane Contaminated Land group while contributing to impactful projects across Defence, Petroleum, Local Government, Mining and Resources.

What You'll Do
Support, mentor, and develop a specialist team delivering contaminated land site assessment and remediation projects.
Manage day-to-day team operations, including resource planning and collaborative workload management.
Deliver projects to a high technical standard, ensuring safety, quality, and integrity.
Provide guidance and assurance across investigation, remediation, and reporting activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and work closely with senior technical leaders on growth and improvement opportunities.
Engage with regulators and internal stakeholders across Australia.
Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
Around 8+ years' experience in contaminated land consulting (site assessment, remediation, regulatory engagement).
Proven or emerging leadership skills with a collaborative and people-centred approach.
Strong understanding of national and state environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency (required for Defence projects).
CEnvP (General or Site Contamination Specialist) is highly regarded.
