We are looking for a User Services Administrator for our Pasadena, CA office. The pay scale for this position is $20.00-28.00 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Your Role:
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues with excellent customer service
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems and applications
- Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support issues
- Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution
Main Tasks:
- Unboxing computer / packing computers for shipping
- Imaging computers with enterprise software deployment software
- Working with the user to install software and profile to migrate to new hardware
Qualifications:
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Previous phone support experience
- Experience installing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop operating systems and applications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for desktop/laptop/software
- Ability to handle level one Oracle issues
- Ability to work independently and to prioritize according to the enterprise's needs
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Excellent customer service record
- Ability to professionally answer and resolve issues over the phone
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
