Schedule: per diem. The schedule will be based on CNA classes. The session is typically 6 weeks and includes both classroom and clinical rotations.

Main Job Function:
- Responsible for delivering engaging training program, overseeing clinical development, and promoting best practices in resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training for CNA certification
- Monitor and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate training records and required documentation
- Work with members of the long term care team to determine opportunities within the CCC
- Act as a liaison between the class and management
- Set up testing with Prometric
Requirements:
- Valid NYS license as a RN
- 1 yr. experience in Long Term Care
- Experience with guiding CNA students through the testing process
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adult Train the Trainer or experience teaching strongly preferred
Position Pay Range: $37.00-50.00/hour
Starting Pay: Based on experience
