Responsible for evaluating and treating of inpatients of various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Schedule:  Tues - Sat, day hours

Pay Range: $37.80-48.30/hour, based on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services, adhering to APTA, NYS DOH, and Joint Commission standards.
• Offer clinical and day-to-day supervision to inpatient Physical Therapists and PT Assistants.
• Serve as a recognized expert in physical rehabilitation, guiding the inpatient team.
• Ensure administrative proficiency with therapy regulations, practice issues, and clinic operations.
• Foster a motivating team atmosphere, encouraging innovation and high performance.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Leadership on facility goals, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee staff performance reviews and assist with safety activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Current NYS Licensure/Registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Physical Therapy or a Rehab setting is preferred.
• Ongoing accredited continuing education as required by NYS licensure.
• CPR Certification within 3 months of employment.

Pay Range: $37.80-48.30/hour

Starting Rate: Based on experience
