Responsible for evaluating and treating of inpatients of various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Schedule: Tues - Sat, day hours
Pay Range: $37.80-48.30/hour, based on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services, adhering to APTA, NYS DOH, and Joint Commission standards.
- Offer clinical and day-to-day supervision to inpatient Physical Therapists and PT Assistants.
- Serve as a recognized expert in physical rehabilitation, guiding the inpatient team.
- Ensure administrative proficiency with therapy regulations, practice issues, and clinic operations.
- Foster a motivating team atmosphere, encouraging innovation and high performance.
- Collaborate with Rehabilitation Leadership on facility goals, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee staff performance reviews and assist with safety activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
- Current NYS Licensure/Registration as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Physical Therapy or a Rehab setting is preferred.
- Ongoing accredited continuing education as required by NYS licensure.
- CPR Certification within 3 months of employment.
Pay Range: $37.80-48.30/hour
