Tom Wood Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a dedicated and reliable Vehicle Porter to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and energetic, bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to our customer service-oriented environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customer, assisting with their needs, and answering any questions they may have
• Providing shuttle service for customers
• Safely moving vehicles between different areas of the dealership
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure well-being of customers, colleagues, and vehicles
• Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure efficient operations
• Fueling customers' vehicles as well as loaner vehicles with gasoline as needed
• Helping on the service drive as needed
• Other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
