 This position is Hybrid -Required to work 2-3 days/week in the office.  Candidate must live within commutable distance to main corporate headquarters in Vacaville, CA. SummaryTravis Credit Union's (TCU) Sales Enablement Specialist owns the development of retail readiness plans, sales programs and key sales enablement tools to support TCU frontline team members in achieving and exceeding their sales goals. This position requires an understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes in the financial services industry and the ability to collaborate with all line of business partners.   The Sales Enablement Specialist will ensure frontline team members are prepared with the content, knowledge and training to execute on upcoming product, program and sales changes and will be involved in all aspects of growing our sales enablement capabilities at TCU.   Profile:

  • Designs, develops and implements branch readiness plans by working with all line of business partners including Marketing, Product, Retail Operations, Digital, and Data Analytics.
  • Develops and delivers weekly branch sales game plans with tactics, tips and strategies to improve member onboarding and relationship deepening.
  • Develops, manages and maintains a repository of sales resources including sales training, case studies, playbooks, videos, webinars, and best practices.
  • Delivers content and training on product knowledge and fosters alignment between sales and marketing teams.
  • Tracks, reports and analyzes sales metrics/data to measure effectiveness of front-line performance and sales enablement activities. 
  • Partners with Marketing and Product to develop collateral and tools for sales team to illustrate the value of TCU products and services to members/prospects including factsheets, playbooks, job aids and readiness plans.
  • Partners with Learning & Development on development of sales training and workshops to support branch frontline staff and management onboarding and development.
  • Supports development of sales recognition, sales campaign and sales incentive programs partnering closely with VP, Sales Enablement.                                                                                                                    
Skills:  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies and the sales cycle.
  • Experience developing and leading sales training and enablement programs.
  • Ability to create compelling launch and readiness content for the front line.
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities. Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to anticipate and address their requirements.
  • Excellent follow up skills and professionalism.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with CRMs systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Reporting and Experience:

 Principal Sales Enablement: 

  • Reports directly to assigned department leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology or related field and a minimum of 8 years previous professional experience; or 6 years previous professional experience and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Compensation: Base starting range is commensurate with experience. 
  • Principal Sales Enablement: Grade 20: $120,993.60/annually - $149,448.00/annually
