Description

The ROM has a primary responsibility to provide front line support in the areas of the operations, recruiting, training and overall service delivery for all accounts in their assigned region.

Location: Frackville, PA

The ROM will be accountable for:

  • Managing day-to-day interaction with client, including daily information flow, problem solving, process improvements, reporting and direct management of the office team
  • Provide immediate frontline customer service to management team and associates
  • Handle order requests and changes from client contacts
  • Work on special projects and performance incentive programs to help meet operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with contract related services, interviewing, orientations, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Assist in maintaining office operations and process flow
  • Focus on Safety and Training programs
  • Generate daily and weekly reports to management team
  • Develop relationships with operations teams.
  • Develop recruiting strategies for both associates and aid in recruiting/on-boarding efforts in low fill or struggling sites. 
  • Provide New Hire and on-going training for operations teams.
  • Aid in the assessment of operations team member performance. Make recommendations for change if needed. 
  • Provide coaching with existing operations team members when needed. 
  • Consistently monitor KPIs for sites in assigned regions to identify areas for improvement and spot trends.
  • Provide Sales support in Operations Sponsor role by providing leads, making calls, and working with local Business Development Manager.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Must be fully mobile and can travel in market whenever needed 
  • Must have aptitude for training. 
  • Finance Management including budgets, forecasting, expense management experience is a plus.
  • A valid US passport or ability to secure US passport for international travel

Technology Skills:

Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word)

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to respond to client's requests on urgent manner; Strong Communication Skills with proven track record of successful Customer Service, Client Relations and Follow Up
  • Ability to adapt to a rapid environment and analyze processes
  • Great Client and Employee Relations. Must be energetic and present great attention to detail and organization

Salary Range: $48,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
