Overview:

As Sourcing Specialist, you will support and execute sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. You will prioritize your time efficiently between sourcing and screening as you work with our recruiters to understand job specifications creating and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies.

The Sourcing Specialists primary responsibility will be to proactively seek potential candidates, accurately capture contact information and sell opportunities to encourage prospects to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for sourcing highly qualified candidates in a timely manner for assigned requisitions
  • Ensure various sourcing channels produce appropriate candidate pools
  • Work with business-facing Recruiters to understand position requirements for all TrueBlue company brands
  • Develop and implement strategic market sourcing strategies to identify and support improved efficiency and speed of recruitment process 
  • Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools (e.g. social media, telephone networking, user groups, and networking activities) to identify and obtain information about potential candidates     
  • Engage in extensive contact with applicants and candidates, building relationships for both current and future opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit requirements as outlined by federal regulations and client expectations
  • Ensure all KPIs are consistently understood and met to expedite filling open requisitions
  • Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws, to update candidate status and to ensure accurate candidate data is captured and maintained in ATS
  • Monitor and report quality and quantity of resumes on a consistent basis.   
  • Attend interview feedback sessions with a recruiter to assess go-forward sourcing strategy for the position.

Requirements:

The following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Corporate Sourcing Specialist
  • Must have experience sourcing for several lines of business such as Sales, Marketing, Finance and more
  • Must have experience not only using but building advanced Boolean searches within Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with colleagues, candidates, and vendors.     
  • Ability to cold-call and sell candidates on employment opportunities   
  • Knowledge of recruiting practices, candidate process management, and Sourcing tools and techniques
  • Aptitude for or knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks                                                                           
  • Able to adapt to changing business priorities and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail      
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 

Salary Range: $62,000 - $77,500 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
