Are you a passionate Physical Therapist Supervisor ready to make a meaningful impact? The Stepping Stones Group is excited to welcome you to our team in Holyoke, MA! This is a part-time, school-based opportunity where you'll help students reach their goals while providing supervision and support to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with children and adolescents, with school-based experience preferred
- Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants is preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

What You'll Do:
- Provide Therapy Services: Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services that support student mobility, participation, and independence
- Supervise PTAs: Provide oversight, guidance, and support to Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state and professional practice standards
- Collaborate: Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and educational goals
- Support Student Growth: Develop and implement treatment plans that help students achieve meaningful progress
- Maintain Documentation: Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner
