University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking a full-time, dynamic board-certified Physician to serve as the Medical Director of Adult Critical Care. Medical Director of Adult Critical Care works with the Chief Medical Officer of University of Michigan Health- Sparrow to provide medical leadership for critical care services, including quality improvement and problem-solving for clinical concerns, assuring that the professional services provided in the intensive care unit and the critical care unit meet patient needs in a timely, efficient and high quality manner, execute clinical initiatives, collaborate with Physician participants to identify opportunity areas for value improvement and assist in the evaluation of opportunities associated with participating in innovative programs. Medical Director of Adult Critical Care Services shall work closely to identify and resolve medical matters with members of the Medical ICU, CVICU, NICU, and the medical staff.
