Description

As an Operations Recruiter, you will work closely with our Operations management team, taking charge of recruiting part-time associates across specific markets. Your primary focus will be identifying and attracting talent, ensuring we have the right individuals to meet our business needs. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, you will play a critical role in our part-time associate hiring process by implementing targeted sourcing strategies tailored to each market you support. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the overall success of our recruitment efforts and help shape our exceptional workforce. In this role, you will own the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and hire.

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000

Target Annual Bonus: 4%

Work Environment: Hybrid work which includes a mix of remote and in-market recruitment support/activities

Responsibilities

  • Foster and cultivate strong relationships with regional leadership to proactively assess current and future staffing requirements.
  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with regional staffing needs.
  • Review candidate applications and conduct phone screening to assess candidates' qualifications, work experience, and interest in the position.
  • Ask relevant questions during phone screenings to identify candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience, ensuring that candidates receive clear and accurate information about the position and the company.
  • Evaluate candidates' suitability for further consideration by assessing their qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Document and maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and evaluations.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of industry trends, job market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.
  • Employ a diverse range of sourcing methods, including traditional job board postings, social media, innovative approaches, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and professional networks to identify and attract talent.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment plans and refine strategies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain candidate pipelines to effectively address ongoing hiring demands.
  • Oversee the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance with EEO/ADA guidelines throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Proficient in both Spanish and English, with demonstrated bilingual fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting, demonstrating expertise in the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Strong understanding of labor and employment laws, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for understanding the organization's operations and effectively identifying talent that aligns with both role requirements and company culture.
  • Respect for handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues, taking initiative as needed.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Workday preferred).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, based on business needs

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
