• Architect a high‑performance builder ecosystem with secure, scalable environments that accelerate experimentation, rapid iteration, and demonstration of high‑impact solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end advancement of initiatives, ensuring seamless progression from experimentation to enterprise deployment while upholding architectural integrity, security, and regulatory standards.
• Influence and align senior business leaders, CIOs, SMEs, and key ecosystem partners to prioritize transformational opportunities and drive co‑development under disciplined controls.
• Safeguard enterprise posture by embedding architecture, data, cyber, and risk rigor early in the lifecycle, while championing a strategic build‑vs‑buy approach that accelerates differentiation.
• Define and manage a comprehensive performance framework for the Foundry, communicating impact, value realization, and strategic outcomes to executive leadership and positioning the Foundry as a competitive advantage for Valley.
