
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, system administrator and training coordinator in the development of high-quality learning experiences and materials.
- Design and implement blended learning solutions that incorporate various instructional methodologies and technologies to ensure that all instructional materials are aligned with adult learning theories and best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Leverage technology and tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, the manager will enhance the delivery of training content across various platforms. Ultimately, the goal is to elevate the overall learning experience, driving employee performance and organizational success.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve instructional programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all instructional materials are completed on schedule.
