Title: Supply Chain Analytics Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst role sits at the perfect crossroads between operational, technical and financial paths within our organization – and holds strategical importance and relevance. This person will be responsible for key supply chain related analyses critical to optimizing and improving our supply chain. Such areas include inbound and outbound logistics including importation of foreign sourced goods, warehouse receiving, storage and outbound shipping to company owned retail stores, key wholesale partners or end consumers. As a key function of the supply chain team, this person will report directly to the Vice President of Distribution and Logistics. 

  • Work very closely with operational teams (distribution, production, logistics, planning, sales, finance, inventory control, IT & business intelligence and other functional areas) and be an integral part of the wide array of operational initiatives currently being implemented.
  • Create, and enhance data modelling, financial planning, operational optimization tracking procedures.
  • Be the go-to for brainstorming data efforts and help mastermind architectural model designs.
  • Own the production and determination of key metrics to run supply chain operations including cost per unit, labor efficiency, inventory turnover rate, carrying costs, inbound container costs, etc.
  • Assist in the budgeting, forecasting and month end close process for Distribution & Logistics teams.
  • Assist inventory process in optimizing inventory across multiple distribution centers throughout US, Canada, Mexico & Asia.
  • Support the evaluation of new vendors or partners & rate existing ones, helping to optimize current agreements to achieve greater efficiency & cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to technically leverage efforts done in other technical initiatives.
  • Adapt to a changing environment, manage several assignments simultaneously, set priorities to meet deadlines while working with little direct supervision.
  • Perform under sometimes tight deadlines, demonstrating clear communication skills to proactively identify problem areas or needs for assistance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's in supply chain, accounting, finance, or related strongly encouraged
  • 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain related field, senior financial analyst or financial modelling background
  • Strong plus: Apparel industry experience
  • Strong plus: Strong analytical or programming skills (XLS / Power Query / VBA / Python / SQL / MS Access)
  • Strong plus: Financial or Supply Chain data modelling experience
  • Strong plus: ERP and WMS software experience, particularly Full Circle and Manhattan Scale Solution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A work ethic based on a desire to improve your surroundings
  • Manage time to meet deadlines while remaining organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
  • Flexibility to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • This position requires some hours at our Irvine or Costa Mesa, CA facilities; however, some duties can be performed remotely.

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $80,000 -  $90,000. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
