Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Bellevue Medical Center team in Bellevue, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration.
Position Highlights:
- Join a team of highly trained orthopedic surgeons and orthopedic physician assistants.
Practice focused on shoulder surgery, with an emphasis on arthroplasty and opportunities to expand scope over time.
Your partners will have subspecialty training in total joints, sports, and hand.
- Supportive, collegial environment with opportunities for mentorship and collaboration.
- Access to state-of-the-art facilities and a coordinated care model that fosters optimal patient outcomes, including an established total joints program of nurse navigators and physical rehabilitation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $596,761 to $702,071 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
- Value-Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

New Hire Incentives:
- Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive a 10% sign-on bonus
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer)
Qualifications:
- Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Preferred Experience: Fellowship trained in Shoulder and Elbow or Sports Medicine
- Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
- Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
