Shape the Future.</strong></p> <p>WellPower seeks a <strong>highly skilled Executive Assistant</strong> to support our newly promoted <strong>Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)</strong> during a pivotal leadership transition. This is more than an administrative role—it's an opportunity to be a <strong>strategic partner</strong> in shaping the success of an executive and a <strong>growing clinical team of 500+ professionals.</strong></p> <p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p> <p>As the CCO builds a high-performing clinical services team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Anticipate and address the needs of an executive in transition.</li> <li>Optimize workflows, communications, and strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Serve as a key liaison across departments, fostering alignment.</li> <li>Support clinical leadership in delivering exceptional mental health services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage scheduling, email, and high-priority tasks for the CCO.</li> <li>Act as a <strong>key liaison</strong> between leadership, directors, and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Oversee <strong>strategic initiatives</strong>, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li> <li>Prepare <strong>agendas, reports, and briefing materials</strong> to support decision-making.</li> <li>Improve <strong>administrative processes, project tracking, and workflow efficiency.</strong></li> <li>Handle <strong>confidential information</strong> with discretion and professionalism.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Position Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelors degree and 5+ years supporting a VP/C-Level executive</strong> <em>(or 8+ years without a degree).</em></li> <li><strong>Project management experience preferred</strong> but not required.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>healthcare, non-profit, or human services</strong> is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>What You Can Expect</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $65,000 - $76,000/year + comprehensive benefits.</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> 3401 Eudora St, Denver, CO</li> <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, typical office hours with flexibility.</li> <li><strong>Work Style:</strong> Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week, Colorado residency required).</li> <li><strong>Culture:</strong> A supportive, innovative, and person-first environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Make an impact.
