This position will provide assistance to members and respond to inquires and facility operations and policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High school education or equivalent.
2. AED/CPR Certified within 90 days of hire.

1. Greets each member and guest promptly, enthusiastically upon arrival and departure.
2. Assures that all members follow the check in procedure and have an active membership.
3. Answers phones promptly in a professional and courteous manner; takes messages as appropriate.
4. Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
5. Follows proper opening and closing procedures.
6. Processes concession sales.
7. Cleans and maintains the front desk.
8. Reports maintenance issues appropriately and timely.
