With 71 beds and over $129 million in net patient revenues, Wilson Health has established itself as a key asset to Shelby County and surrounding communities, offering a broad range of high-quality inpatient and outpatient services.    This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary and mission-driven leader to provide operational and strategic direction in an organization with a culture of care and compassion, and an emphasis on quality. The new CEO will be accountable for building on this culture, focusing and engaging board members, medical staff, and employees around a well-articulated vision for the future of Wilson Health as an independent community healthcare provider. The CEO will be responsible for achieving the organization's mission and ensuring continued access to high-quality care within the region.    The next leader of Wilson Health will be a strategic, inspirational leader who can capitalize on past successes while positioning the organization for the future. The CEO will be a visible, engaged leader with an excellent track record of building strong relationships with physicians, colleagues and community leaders as well as a performance-driven approach to operational and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will have an intense appreciation for the mission and values of Wilson Health, along with its history and purpose, and be a team leader/player who obtains satisfaction from facilitating and nurturing the success of others.    The CEO will represent Wilson Health in the Sidney community and throughout the broader region. The CEO must be highly involved in civic and social activities in the community and demonstrate a passion and commitment to rural and community care.
