Join our dynamic team at Yardi as an Account Executive for our Inside Sales division. As a key contributor, you will have a unique opportunity to drive sales success by showcasing the game-changing capabilities of Yardi Kube, our innovative workspace management solution. In this role, you will navigate full sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, while consistently surpassing individual sales goals. Take part in impactful marketing events and keep your skills sharp through regular product certifications.

What You'll Do:

  • Use knowledge of Yardi Kube products, industry, and competition to present value propositions to clients and/or prospects to develop a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals.
  • Engages in proactive phone-based activities for a minimum of 4+ hours daily, including prospecting, lead qualification, identifying key decision-makers, conducting web-based product demonstrations, and successfully closing deals.
  • Execute full sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
  • Participate in relevant marketing events, such as conferences and trade shows, to generate leads and promote Yardi solutions.
  • Complete product certifications and performance reports on a regular basis.

Who You Are:

  • (2+) years of successful sales experience in software or tech industry, with demonstrated track record of engaging in high volume prospecting.
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in marketing events and up to 50% travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Industry expertise in property management and accounting principles
