As we expand our presence across Europe, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to help drive this growth, shape our company culture, and establish foundational HR processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the key HR partner for our European expansion, guiding leadership on critical HR decisions and helping to shape a strong organizational culture
  • Focus on building scalable HR processes, including performance management, employee development, and leadership support, to fuel our growth
  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for employees across our European offices
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch and European employment laws, and proactively adapt HR policies to meet the evolving needs of the business
  • Deliver training and development programs to managers and employees, focusing on HR regulations, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to maintain alignment on key initiatives and contribute to a unified HR strategy
  • Provide hands-on HR support, leveraging your expertise to offer creative solutions and navigate challenges as they arise
  • Travel across EMEA as necessary to build relationships and offer HR support in our growing regional offices

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep knowledge of Dutch and EMEA labor laws, including Wet arbeid en zorg (WAZO), Wet werk en zekerheid (WWZ), and other relevant regulations
  • A track record of innovation in HR practices, with a passion for building strong teams and scalable HR processes
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, while also being hands-on in delivering impactful HR solutions
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach with a willingness to grow, learn, and build alongside the business

  • Exposure to multi-region HR practices and international HR strategy
