About the Role:
Are you a data-savvy marketer who loves turning insights into action? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive digital strategies that boost client success. In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing leaders, consult with clients, and train them on RENTCafé marketing tools — including website features, branding, social media, and lead management. You'll also keep clients informed on program updates and industry trends to help them stay ahead. What You'll Do:
- Build and support strong client relationships to maximize performance of licensed property marketing products through strategic collaboration.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, set goals, and enhance lead strategies.
- Provide ongoing consultation and expert guidance to clients, helping them achieve their marketing objectives.
- Train clients on RENTCafé marketing tools and services, including website features, branding, social media, and lead management.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) years of experience in digital or property marketing with customer-facing job responsibilities
- Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, word processing
- Ability to navigate task management and/or CRM platforms (MS Planner, MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com)
- Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing principles and measurements, including conversion optimization and return on advertising spend (ROAS)
- Knowledge of current content management systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication management and reporting skills
- Self-starter, willing to initiate change, who can sustain a heavy workload
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Eager to improve efficiency and productivity by offering suggestions when key improvement opportunities are identified

Annual Salary Range: $72,800 - $81,900
