About the Role:
Yardi is seeking a Project Manager to join our Legal team, supporting compliance and audit initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of internal and external audits, ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual standards, and manage documentation for key compliance frameworks including SOC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, and international data privacy laws. You'll collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to assess risk, maintain operational integrity, and communicate audit outcomes clearly and effectively. What You'll Do:
- Prepares for and manages internal and external audits and risk assessments
- Develops audit plans and defines key areas for evaluation
- Interfaces with and supports external auditors contracted by Yardi, clients, or vendors
- Executes internal audits in alignment with established business process controls
- Prepares clear, formal reports to communicate audit findings and recommends actions as appropriate
- Researches and interprets current and pending governmental regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations to determine compliance requirements
- Establishes corporate documentation related to SOC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, and international data privacy laws
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, legal studies, or similar
- Four plus (4+) years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
- Two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in a technology (SAAS) environment
- Experience writing policies and procedures, preferably compliance related
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness and ability to learn and develop new areas of expertise
- Process driven and with sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities

Annual Compensation Range: $89,600 - $100,800
