POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Advisor partners closely with managers across the organization to understand and forecast staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Advisor employs a full-cycle recruitment process to secure talent; builds and maintains robust relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers; and offers talent insights and solutions to meet the organization's evolving staffing requirements.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements innovative, business-aligned strategies for recruiting diverse talent in EMEA region
- Manages the full life cycle recruitment process from initiation to completion to meet hiring goals across multiple business units
- Develops and maintains strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing consultative support and guidance for all recruitment-related activities
- Collaborates in the development and review of job postings and ensures job postings strategically align with organizational goals and effectively target the desired candidates
- Ensures candidates presented for roles meet the established criteria and align with organizational goals and values
- Maintains consistent and effective communication channels with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manages interview scheduling and candidate travel logistics, negotiates job offers, extends offer letters, and facilitates the seamless transition of new hires into the organization
- Implements advanced sourcing and marketing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates
- Actively participates in external recruiting events, career fairs, and industry-specific conferences while maintaining an active online presence to attract technical and specialized talent
- Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjusts approaches based on data-driven insights
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of evolving recruitment market trends and serves as an informed advisor for hiring managers
- Regularly tracks and reports recruitment activities, providing insights on hiring trends and metrics
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- You have 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies
- You have experience in an international and cross-cultural environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in using social media and other platforms for candidate sourcing
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple processes efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications, with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
