About the Role:
Are you a word wizard who loves turning complex tech into clear, user-friendly guides? We're looking for a talented Technical Writer to craft and polish engaging documentation and training materials that make our software products shine!
You'll team up with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to dig into the details, understand what different users need, and deliver content that's easy to follow—whether you're talking to tech pros or first-time users. You'll also get to analyze processes, juggle multiple projects, and even lead documentation initiatives that add real value to our products.

What You'll Do:
- Research, write, organize, and edit technical materials in various formats—handling multiple projects at once
- Collaborate with SMEs to establish technical specifications
- Publish content across different channels e.g., paper, multimedia, web-based publications, and user sites
- Keep organized records of all drafts, materials, and previous versions
- Assist in creating technical diagrams and graphs to support documentation
- Follow and maintain consistent style and formatting across all content
- Meet deadlines to publish technical documents on schedule
- Manage graphics and simplify complex information for a wide range of audiences
- Update and revise technical documents as new information arises
- Work efficiently and accurately in content management systems, adhering to best practices and departmental standards for terminology and content management
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant technical writing experience preferably in the software industry
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Pro, help- system authoring tools, Microsoft Visual Studio Team Explorer, and Camtasia or other multimedia tools
- Working knowledge of Yardi Documentation Handbook or Yardi Help Authoring Guide
Helpful to have:
- Knowledge of applicable industry/field experience
