In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive relationships between ETS and the public. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating various ETS programs.
What will you do?
- Respond to and monitor the follow-up on customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and administer ETS programs, ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and program delivery
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for service improvement and program enhancement
