Earn $140K+ While Making a Meaningful Impact! Tuesday-Saturday schedule. 

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive occupancy, and build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families. This role is about more than just sales—it's about making a difference every day while achieving your personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Inspire – Manage and develop the community sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals. Provide coaching, support, and motivation to your team through regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Drive Revenue & Occupancy – Implement and execute sales strategies to convert leads into residents. Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Engage with Families – Build relationships with families to guide them through the decision-making process, offering support and understanding throughout their journey in choosing the right senior living community.
  • Build & Maintain Partnerships – Develop strong relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, physicians, and community leaders, to generate leads and establish a strong network within the local area.
  • Manage Sales Operations – Ensure all CRM data is updated and accurate, track lead activity and progress, and pull performance reports to optimize sales efforts.
  • Oversee Resident Move-Ins – Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new residents, guiding them through the move-in process and ensuring all required paperwork and assessments are completed.
  • Monitor Market Trends – Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to understand local market dynamics and position the community effectively against competitors.
Who You Are:
  • A proven sales leader with at least five years of experience in senior living sales and two years in a supervisory role.
  • A strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping others and guiding families through life-changing decisions.
  • A strategic thinker who is comfortable analyzing data and market trends to optimize sales efforts and achieve goals.
  • A relationship builder with experience developing connections with referral sources and local businesses.
  • A goal-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
