Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Type of Position: Part-Time
Pay: $24-$26/hr, based on experience
Shift: 1st

Job Summary:
Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team in Chippewa Falls, WI. In this role, you'll be key in driving aftermarket revenue through Spare Part Sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and support throughout the sales process.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to efficiently handle customer orders.
  • Provide quotations and regular communication for spare part sales 
  • Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system; process credit card payments as required.
  • Review parts costs with Purchasing to ensure sell prices meet margin expectations.
  • Maintain electronic correspondence filing in the Electronic Filing System (EFS).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven multitasking ability, working both collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM, such as C4C, preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills for customer, supplier, and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Effective communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.

  • Office environment. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
