Pay Rate: $22.00-23.50 based on the shift.
Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

- Performing start-up operations from power off/cold state and completing equipment and product paperwork
- Conducting Level I required preventive maintenance tasks
- Participating in changeovers including line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation
- Performing work order set-ups in electronic batch records, data acquisition, and inventory management systems
- Pulling test samples for QC in-process inspection and removing completed production from machines
- Filling component hoppers/bowls as required to maintain production
- Performing minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues and escalating to assigned technicians when necessary
- Updating hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers
- Submitting machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services
- Ensuring that product not meeting quality specifications is processed under non-conformance procedures
- Maintaining 5S standards in assigned work areas
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understand and can use computers
- Possess sound judgment for machine troubleshooting and product disposition
- Have good interpersonal skills to facilitate communication at various levels within the organization
- Can accurately follow both verbal and written instructions
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or a Technical Certificate with associated relevant experience
- Can work in manufacturing environments involving close proximity to equipment and potential exposure to biohazards and/or chemicals
- Can lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs., and handle recurring physical demands like standing, walking, stooping, and more
